You know things could be better.
You or a loved one are facing challenges and you aren’t sure how to move forward. It could be a relationship problem with a spouse or partner, family problems with children, aging, death or a personal problem with work, anxiety, depression or life changes. Whatever it is, it’s complicated and you need it to change.
Asking for help when you have run out of options is a healthy and brave decision to make, but it can be difficult, especially when asking for help may be judged as a weakness or failure by some. Seeking therapy is not failure and it is not something to be ashamed of. Counseling can give you the relief of having someone to listen to you in a safe space where you can go to be heard and understood, respected, and encouraged to begin the process of healing and change. It is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
My primary goal as a counselor and coach is to offer the opportunity to heal and improve your life in a quiet, relaxing, and uniquely private setting, free of the distractions and stress of daily life. What it means to heal or to improve is unique to every individual, and so are the ways in which we get there. As a therapist, I find joy in helping you find the path that is right for you.
